Hey there, I'm Adam Naglich, a Principal Product Designer at RIIS. Thanks for visiting my portfolio — below are some highlights of my career that I think you'll find interesting:

  • I am currently providing product design consultation to Teal Drones. I've been collaborating with Teal to design a product ecosystem that prioritizes operator safety in potentially dangerous environments. The effectiveness of our work is now evident, as we have just secured the U.S.A. Short Range Recon drone contract
  • Before Teal, I was consulting for Verizon Robotics. Our team focused on the Skyward platform that powers the world's first cell-connected drone. Among other things, this technology helped to enable the deployment of sensors in hard-to-reach locations, improving insights while simultaneously reducing both human risk and operational costs.
  • Prior to entering the drone industry, I led the design teams at DTE Energy. We helped to rebrand the company, implement an extensive design system, increase customer satisfaction, and increase participation in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and EV charging programs.
  • Speaking of EV's, I helped bring to life one of the first mass-market all-electric vehicles, the Ford Mustang Mach-E (which The Verge recognized as Ford's best UX yet). Additionally, I collaborated with iconincar and Ford to enhance the UI of the iconic F-150
  • Seriously though, climate change can get knocked — that's why I was keen to consult with the DTE and Vectorform startup, Powerley, on their Home Energy Management solution. Powerley's HEM works with energy utilities and homeowners to reduce energy usage, lower costs, and reduce carbon emissions.
  • Finally, I am proud to share that I led the design for Vectorform's-and possibly the industry's-first Oculus Mixed Reality project with immersive technology. This allowed us to showcase product prototypes while significantly reducing both user and financial risk.
